VLT'S INTELLIGENT TEST LANE CONCEPT FOR PTI (PERIODICAL TECHNICAL INSPECTION)

VLT’s Above and Under Carriage Input Panels show the operator the applicable inspection items for each vehicle only. The applicable inspection items depend not only on the vehicle type but also on the type of test (full or retest). With one key per inspection item a selection can be made for a pass, fail or marginal fail status. The open structure of both hard- and software allows an easy integration of future test equipment and an easy adaption of the system to customers (future) wishes.
